ZAMBIA: UPND President pledges for support to transform Zambia

United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema is determined to transform Zambia through huge investment in the agricultural sector once elected as Republican President on Thursday 11th August 2016.
Addressing campaign meetings in Kalemba and Chelenga Wards, located in the rustic Chadiza District of the Eastern Province, Mr. Hichilema pledged to invest in improving agricultural marketing.
Earlier, Hichilema paid a courtesy call on Chiefs Mwangala, Zingalume and Mulolo of the Chewa speaking people.
On his part, Vice-President for Politics, Dr. Canisius Banda implored the Chewa-speaking people to unite and elect a UPND leadership as Zambia movers closer to voting day, in less than eight weeks.

The United Party for National Development (UPND) led by Hakainde Hichilema has intensified campaigns in the Eastern Province boosted by Vice President Canisius Banda.
The UPND campaign team which includes Vice President for Administration Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba is currently holding a series of meetings popularizing its ten-point development plan.
After weeks of speculation, Dr. Banda is back in the Team Zambia United on a crusade to woo the Zambian electorates to their side.
