By Bright Chikele:
Dr Pule was speaking to ZNBC news in Lusaka.
UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema could not be reached for a comment on his mobile while party spokesperson Charles Kakoma’s phone went unanswered.
But party Deputy Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said Dr Pule was not the competent person to comment on the matter.
Mr Mweetwa said Police should have averted the fracas and loss of life by allowing his party to hold the rally.
And Zambia Republican Party leader Wright Musoma has called on the UPND to adopt peaceful campaigns.
