What causes snoring?
Snoring occurs when the vibration of soft tissue in your head and neck while you breathe in out while sleeping, it occurs through the nasal passages, the soft palate which is in the roof of your mouth, and your tonsils.
During sleeping, the airways relaxes and becomes narrower, this suppresses the air going through the airways and causes the vibration in the tissue. Snoring can also occur if you have cold, because it can slightly block the airways.
