  • Members of parliament began discussing agendas rocking
    Malawi in the 3rdsession of the 46th
    parliamentary sitting inLilongwe on Friday the 20thof May.
    The sitting as expected debated on the issues Malawi is facing
    mainly the looming hunger, albino attacks and general welfare
    of the Malawi people, not forgetting embassy and cash gates.
    Opening the August house president Mutharika said his
    government is making some changes in line with the reforms
    that are underway in the public sector.
    “We are reviewing mining laws so as to help Malawians
    benefit fully”.
    Government through the Judicially will employ a lot of
    lawyers to make sure there is efficiency in handling of cases.

    effort by non-governmental organizations, the clergy and all
  • Malawians, as he said ‘his government has embarked on a
    sensitizing campaign of the evils being done to people with
    albinism.
    Malawians are putting their money on these representatives if
    anything tangible will come out, if not waiting for more hard
    economic policies ahead like the reduction of the mid-year.
